| Julie
finds that travel broadens her recipe book and her appreciation
of cultural diversity. She has explored the world extensively over
the past 20 years, including living and working in London, Switzerland,
Greece, The Bahamas and New York. Julie continues to travel regularly
for the culinary inspiration she gains from eating dishes in their
country of origin. Her stylish recipes reflect influences of the
cuisines of the world and whenever possible Julie writes about her
travels.
Julie has been studying photography for the past 5 years to a level
where she now takes her own colourful and thoughtful travel images
and professional food images. Her photographs have been published
in her most recent travel cookbooks and also in several magazine
travel features.
